Very intriguing shot, leaves much for the imagination. Like how the high key processing turns the focus onto the blood as well.
Yes Nicki it’s part of life. Great contrast with the snow, also great DOF.
thats a little scarry… makes me wonder what really happend. nice dof.
really a real life image! i liked the high-key which gives the focus on the red color neatly!
Interesting image, like the high key effect and the selective focus which create an eerie and ominous composition. Excellent work!
@THIBAUT: Sqirrels? Thats Milas game, not mine. The hole way – more than 100 meters – looked like a slaughter highway. I never saw such a scene before, Chainsaw Massacre in the Nicki outback :D
It’s OK, we all know you killed some bird or squirrel.
Minimalistic and striking !
@ PHILO: You’re right! I took a lot bloody shots – to bloody I think. Here is a small outtake *shock*. I thought as wallpaper, it’s more than enough blood ^^. Another example (no crop):
Hi Nicky
Here’s an interesting shot: the two-color really strikes the eye!
Just a note to me: you say it’s a scene from real life but you treat it as an abstraction. And as an abstraction, I find that the red spots don’t cover enough the picture.
